Our flagship restaurant — a temple of contemporary British cuisine with classical French technique. The Verona Room holds two AA rosettes and features a cellar of over 600 wines. Reservations essential.

Dark, intimate, and sophisticated. The Velvet Bar is the resort's social heartbeat — serving hand-crafted cocktails, rare whiskies, and live jazz from 20:00. A late menu of small plates is available until 2:00 AM.
